Here's the shape of the work.

I take on one problem at a time — a structural read, a vendor-and-architecture decision, a compressed ship window, or a named seat at the table for a quarter. Every engagement ends the same way: the call in writing, the path documented, the work imported into your tracker. Scope gets written in the first working session.

What every engagement produces.

  • The path, documented.

    Architecture where it's structural, vendor scorecards where the market is the problem, risks on the first page.

  • The work, imported.

    Sequenced tickets in Jira, Linear, or GitHub — acceptance criteria included, ready to pick up on day one.

  • Fixed scope, fixed fee.

    Scope is written in the first working session. Most engagements run six to eight weeks from access granted. Fractional Leader runs quarter-plus.

    Best fit: When you know exactly what needs shipped and you want a running start.

    A named seat at the table for the quarter that needs one filled — bridge, transition, or specific bet.

    • Quarter-plus engagement, not a fixed-end scope.
